With over two decades of experience in the training industry, she’s carved a niche for herself, specializing in Conflict Resolution, Drug-Free Workplace, Civility, Diversity & Harassment, and Leadership training. Dyann is a strategic thinker who implements high-performance solutions that directly impact growth, engagement, and compliance. Dyann is a Certified Diversity Executive and is known for her straightforward approach and thought-provoking insights. She is often called the catalyst of change who helps others contemplate the changes necessary to achieve success.
Julia Baxter, HR Business Partner, is a game changer in the field of HR. With more than a decade of experience as a former practicing attorney and a former HR Director, she possesses the skills, knowledge, and expertise to transform any workplace. She’s the Swiss army knife of HR – whether it’s planning, recruitment, performance management, or employee relations, she’s got it covered. But that’s not all. Julia is a fair and balanced investigator, a Certified Diversity Executive, and a SHRM-CP, making her a powerhouse in assisting clients with the nuts and bolts necessary to optimize performance and ensure accountability. Her legal background adds a unique layer to her HR skills, making her an invaluable asset in any workplace
